All Nippon Airways (ANA) Japan entered the Metaverse space, launched the NFT Marketplace and became the first airline to sell NFT products.
On June 1, Japan's largest airline All Nippon Airways posted an announcement about its NFT trading platform, named ANA GranWhale NFT MarketPlace.

Accordingly, ANA GranWhale NFT MarketPlace will be integrated on the Ethereum chain, the platform supports payment by web3 wallet MetaMask as well as fiat currency via credit card.
The first NFT collection on this new platform will be the work of aviation photographer Luke Ozawa, who has been specializing in aircraft photography for the past half century.
Other collections include NFTs of two digital 3D planes, the Boeing 787 that the airline introduced in 2011 and a composite art collection called Airbits, which pixel-simulates the image. airline pilots.
Besides developing the NFT floor, ANA NEO is also working on building a Metaverse space called ANA Gran Whalem which integrates flight history into customers' digital records.
The reception from a new field of aviation is confirming the real impact of Web3 on society. Earlier in March, the Argentine low-cost airline also partnered with ticketing company NFT TravelX to offer all electronic tickets as NFTs on the Algorand blockchain.
